Here are the primary features that make up our Managed Services packages.
Automatic Backup
Your business lives on its data. We understand this, and therefore make data protection one of our top priorites. We use software and hardware solutions to continuously back up your data, freeing you to run your business. Previous versions of your files are kept so that you can revert back if you accidentally save over or delete an important file. Compare the following two backup solutions:
Internet protected computers employ tools that backup your files to secure online servers in the "cloud". While your computer is connected to the internet, it will automatically back up all of your files as they are changed, without requiring input from you.
BDR protected servers are the most secure managed systems available. Our BDR is a separate computer that runs alongside your server, backing it up up completely every twenty minues. It then additionally backs up your data to a secure online server, giving you the best of both worlds: off-site and local backup, all without lifting a finger. The BDR can even act as a backup server if your primary machine fails!
Health Monitoring
Our extremely light-weight monitoring software knows the warning signs of an impending hard drive failure. We also track system updates, computer and application status and performance, disk space, and other indicators that affect usability and responsiveness.
Anti-Virus
Protect your computer from viruses, spyware, worms, and other malware. We use low-impact tools that are updated daily to keep you safe from malicious software that your computer is continuously exposed to. Depending upon your PC availability, we can be alerted to potential virus infections 24x7. Ask about our cutting-edge anti-spam service!
Remote Control
Control your PC (or any other system in your organization) remotely using Internet Explorer from any other internet-connected computer: access your financial software, work with office documents, and transfer files. Work from home! When you're at your computer, invite others to see your desktop. Corvallis Technical employees can also remotely connect to resolve issues, conduct training, and/or answer questions.

Remote Technician Support
Any time you choose, trained and experiences technical support agents can connect to your PC and perform work. Whether it's to show you how to do something, fix a problem, or diagnose an issue during your away hours, you are never more than a phone call away from true computer expertise. No matter where you are, we can access your systems whenever and however you need.
Documentation and Reporting
Every month, we generate reams and reams of data: we can supply you with health and readiness reports, installed software lists, activity results, and executive-level summaries of your business equipment. We can also generate custom reports and queries on your systems, letting you know exactly what you have installed in your organization.
Advanced System Security Policies
Our systems allow us to apply system or organization-wide security polices to your organization to help you keep control. If you'd like to disallow a certain behavior, or enforce a particular process, we've probably got the script already built for that. If we don't have it, we can build it.
Windows Security Updates
Microsoft continuously makes security patches available for your systems. Our tracking software applies those patches when your systems are not being used, and alerts us to any distribution problems that arise. If you're not getting the security updates you need, we'll know about it!
Temporary File Management
It might be less exciting than automatic backup, but it is a critical piece of the puzzle: keeping the temporary files under control that your system constantly generates allows your PC to run faster and more efficiently. We'll let you know exactly how much as been cleaned up in our monthly reports, if you like.

Notes:

- On-call support daytime hours are 8am to 5pm, PST.
- Extra fees may apply to Server plans utilizing BDR machines, depending on how much data is backed up online.
- BDR setup price ranges vary based on the capability of the BDR desired.
- Coverage of Routers, NAS drives, Printers, UPSs, Switches, etc. requires a monitoring server enrolled in one of the Server plans: a standard Desktop PC can be enrolled in a Server plan.
- All plans require a three-month minimum contract, except for the Hydrogen and Helium PC plans, which are always month-to-month.
- After the three-month minimum contract expires, all plans are billed month-to-month, and may be cancelled anytime. All plans are protated to the exact start or stop date.
- Travel time is not included in any of these plans. Please see here for the current driving rates.
Case Study - Dickerhoof Properties
Dickerhoof Properties is well known throughout the United States: they renovate, build, invest in, and manage properties and structures of any size. When they approached us for systems management, their needs involved having people connect to their servers from all over town, and managing documents, communication, financial and contact data. In order to keep the business running on a daily basis, the server, PCs, and network equipment needed to work 24x7.
Our management software allows us to maintain a constant watch on the Dickerhoof server - any slight issue causes alerts at any time of the day. It is kept secure, and is continuously backed up. In the event of an issue, we can immediately remote-connect to fix the problem as needed. Using our Cobalt plans, we can provide techinal support at any time to the staff without worrying about the clock: work is simply done until it's done for no extra charge.
The mobile phones in use at Dickerhoof Properties have been configured to automatically synchronize the calendars, contacts, and email of the princial staff: they are able to keep tabs on the business, and respond appropriately, whenever and whereever they are.
Finally, we wrote and deployed a workhorse website for Dickerhoof Construction that allows the team to securely distribute and maintain construction and engineering plans via the web, saving thousands in printing costs.
